Our property finding service is exclusive to any investor or end user who is willing to retain us. We will go out there and find a tailor made solution as requested. We will negotiate with the vendor on your behalf, carry out necessary due diligence on the project, liaise with estate agents for future forecast on returns on your investments guaranteeing you profit in the long run.
We cannot guarantee that every property we find will be off-market however we can guarantee that the findings will be exclusive to your request. Our fees are moderate, We will take a Non-Refundable administrative charge of £250 which will go towards our initial expenses including negotiation. There after upon completion of the sale a 1% commission will be remitted to us in finders fees.
